Christian Brugemann

R. Christian Bruggeman serves Bedford Camera and Video in Management, Education, and Outreach along with supporting the lab plus sales floor.  He has been in the photography game so long that his brain cramps from thinking of his film days while he now drinks from the mirrorless Kool-Aid.
Christian's photography style, or suffering through the old school ways, has changed a great deal in these many years.  He was heavily influenced by the journalistic world being published in multiple rags, then later to evolve shooting family portraits, babies and brides.  Landscape and macro are not his strong attributes but do provide a narcotic calm.  Event and outreach photos for nonprofits "are strong with this one" and sustain the joy of photography in Christian's life.  Prints are still immensely important to him while he continues to humbly preach and proclaim:

"A photographer's expression, anguish, and time that are spent working the craft is never complete without a print to share."
